Skill Drills

Skill Drills
Here are a list of ideas which you can use to help improve your skiing.  Please note these are suggestions and we welcome feedback.  We are used the NZSIA terminology with regards to the Four Movements above, but they can just as easily be translated across to help with your understanding such as lateral/edging, rotational/steering etc.  You might like to consider using Static/Active/Complex & using the DIRRT Model (duration/intensity/rate/range/timing) and play with these drills.
